Svitlana Piven, an assistant at the Department of Public Health of Sumy State University, successfully completed advanced training courses “Management of a medical enterprise” on the PROMETHEUS platform.
This course included 4 modules and a final test. The lecturers of the course explained in detail the principles of functioning of health care systems in the world, the principles of strategic management. Issues of leadership, ethics and communication in the medical field were also widely discussed.
