Associate Professor of the Department of Public Health Tetiana Ivakhniuk took part in the IV International Congress on Beneficial Microorganisms “PRO/PRE Biotics 2022”. The main directions of this congress were gastroenterology; obstetrics and neonatology; pediatrics; probiotic therapy in pulmonology, allergology and dermatology; pharmacology and microbiology. During the congress, topical issues of the interdisciplinary use of pro- and prebiotics were considered; issues of current data on the reproductive microbiome were discussed; new opportunities and prospects for the use of probiotics in pediatrics; probiotic therapy in pulmonology, allergology and dermatology; personalized treatment of various nosology’s of patients in Ukraine.
