On October 28, 2025, the Department of Public Health of the Educational and Scientific Medical Institute of Sumy State University hosted a meeting between the guarantor of the Public Health educational program (Viktoria YASENOK) and the head of the department (Vladislav SMIYANOV) with master’s degree students. During the event, they talked about current issues in the educational process, the specifics of internships, and the prospects for research work.
The meeting raised questions about the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and also focused on current areas of research in the field of public health. Students had the opportunity to ask questions about disciplines, educational components, and opportunities to participate in the department’s research projects.
The meeting took place in a constructive and friendly atmosphere, contributing to the strengthening of interaction between students and the administration of the educational program.
