Teachers of the department: professors Kasiianchuk Victoria and Bergilevich Oleksandra Mykolaivna continue their assistance in the public catering institutions in ensuring the safety of the products for consumers.
For now, 2 contracts have been signed for the scientific support in development of the HACCP system with total amount of UAH 30,000 for the catering unit of the Sumy Special Primary School №31, Sumy City Council. Training will be conducted with the management of the school and the employees of the catering unit. It will concern the implementation of the HACCP system, as well as all possible dangers and risks during cooking and distribution of food to schoolchildren; and measures to eliminate them. At the same time, all new approaches of nutrition in the school units, which have recently been introduced in Ukraine, will be taken into account.
